The Opportunity Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to identifying, attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to help DoiT achieve its strategic goals. As a key member of our team, youâll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processâwith a strong focus on proactive sourcing and prospectingâto build and manage global pipelines primarily for technical roles across EMEA and APAC.
Youâll partner closely with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand role requirements and drive outreach efforts that target both active and passive talent aligned to our business priorities. Using data-driven insights, youâll ensure we consistently deliver high-quality hires that advance our strategic direction. Youâll also contribute to our DEI initiatives, talent branding efforts, and help shape a more inclusive workplace.
Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the European talent market for GTM roles and has experience supporting Tech roles as needed. They are experienced in leading full-cycle recruitment processes, with a focus on engaging passive candidates. Weâre looking for someone who is a self-starter, thrives on challenges, is energetic and is driven by results.
